The food was good as usual! Unfortunately, one has to say that the service was underground as usual. The food was brought to us before the drinks. When the beer was brought to the table after a long wait and repeated inquiries, it was inedible (no carbon dioxide). After this error was fixed, we were skilfully ignored by the waiters for about 1 hour. The fact that the waitresses permanently wore their masks under their noses or that they wore unapproved Kienschilders gave us an additional bad feeling during the current infection situation. Hair-raising errors were made in the later billing, and the card reader did not work. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have faced insufficient service in this restaurant.

Gigantic and delicious pizzas in a small, cozy restaurant, seats are also available outside. During the week, from mornings to late noon, the pizzas are available for € 7.70. Clean toilets and nice staff. Good service from Ms. Filiz.

Been here many times, the service staff always very friendly, you always feel welcome here. The food is also great, pizzas are huge and nice and thin and crispy. I can only recommend.

Probably the best restaurant on the Eigelstein by now, you just have to try the fish pan. The chef really knows how to handle spices and the staff is without exception warm and nice. Absolute recommendation

I can't understand all of these negative reviews. Of course you have a condition where everything goes wrong. Maybe it's full, or he's having a bad day, or you have an unusually high number of wishes ... Anyway, I never had a bad experience there! Nice atmosphere, very cozy and family-friendly, the food always top and reasonably priced. Keep it up!

Fantastic and that during my lunch break, I'm so excited. The dressing is awesome, the combination of salad with fried onions and chicken tastes great. The price is completely justified and the service super friendly. Next time I stay here, I'll be back!

There is seldom an Italian restaurant like this. Cheers to the pizza! Thin dough, crispy, not overcrowded. The food has decent portions to fill you up and the seasoning is right! Price performance justified! Great atmosphere in the middle of the Eigelstein Veedel. The service was brisk and very friendly. Also highly recommended for lunch. We become repeat offenders.

The handmade ravioli and the pasta with chicken are incredible delicious 😋 The staff is very friendly ☺️

We were there for the first time today. The waiter was super nice and quickly gave us a place on the terrace. Unfortunately the food was anything but delicious. Price performance is not good here at all. A shame, the portions are very small and very bland.

Highly recommended. The food tastes great. All employees are always very quick and very polite. Exactly how you imagine a restaurant. Great go on.

Friendly service, great food, large portions. Looked neat and clean. Toilet could be renovated Pizza super delicious and not like in any other pizzeria. Mediterranean mushroom pan was also plentiful and tasted something different. Really recommendable. Side salad was forgotten but can happen. We wouldn't have been able to do it anyway.

The pizza is huge and amazing, but the pasta is rather lackluster. The service good, even though preparation seems to take unusually long. In the year since I was last here maintenance was visibly neglected and a lot of the atmosphere was lost, therefore I had to remove 2 stars.

They completely ignored the order we'd given their server until over an hour later, when two of us wanted to cancel it because it was taking too long and we had other plans later on. Suddenly, all the food is brought out within the span of 10 minutes. Definitely do not recommend for large parties.

This place looked promising in so many ways - selection of foods and drinks and location. But the dessert I ordered was old even if it looked good, and they charged me a lot extra for a small scoop of icecream on the side, the wine wasn't the best, and the staff wasn't that friendly. The main dishes which people around us had looked yummy, but the dessert and wine were just disappointing and expensive.

The pizzas are more than huge. Good and fast service. I recommend this restaurant. The only downside is that they don't take foreign credit cards, which is quite annoying for tourists. Guys, we are in 2019, it's time to give up your deustchmarks and enter in the digital era!

Everything was fine until they brought the bill to us and poorly made pen. They told us that you could not pay with a credit card that was not Germán. They charged drinks superior to those requested without informing us of the price, since they were not in the menu. And when paying, un cash for not having a German credit card, they charged us what they wanted to prevent us front putting up a claim sheet and such a disaster. The visit was on September 15 for dinner, and the "ticket" amounted yo 128 euros.

Good food but rude waiter Ate here twice in one weekend. Food was good. Service was "relaxed" ie slow, but that was ok. One night we paid with credit cards no problem. Next night others paid with credit but the waiter refused to accept ours. No explanation, just "no". This is not acceptable at the end of a meal, not ever.

Stopped here for a quick lunch while doing some sight seeing around Cologne. The large shaded patio had many tables available so there was no wait. We ordered a salami pizza and it was HUGE, salami is not typically my thing it this is close to pepperoni as it’s going to get here! Beers were cold but the service was just decent. It was difficult getting our server to come take our order and again to pay later but I will say the patio seemed understaffed. We would try it again!

A great Italian place! We tried the pizza and the bruschetta. Both were amazing. Very tasty! Very friendly staff and a nice place to have a dinner and feel a bit of the city.

I went here for lunch during the week. It's a great Italian place with great food. The pizza is huge and definitely better than other places in the area. The other food also looked great, so I'm coming back for sure.

I saw a Rat during my lunch, i told the workers what I saw and they didn't do anything, not even look for it or apologize. The food was ok, but i will not go there again

The pizzas are enormous but the bases are thin and taste great. We had great service from a chatty friendly waiter, and the food arrived quickly. This was a quiet winter evening with only 2 other occupied tables but we had no complaints whatsoever. They do smaller pizzas for children too (still far too big for our 3-year-old though).

We have eaten there several times. We have never had bad food or fast service. The location is great for people watching. It's nice to sit outside in summer and inside is nicely decorated. House wine is drinkable but overpriced. The place seems to be getting more popular.

We ordered food and sat down and waited. And waited... and waited... after 30 minutes the waitress put some empty cups of oil at our table (which I assume came from another table?), and after 10 more minutes we got our appetiser. Fast forward 20 more minutes and we got our pizzas. The pizza was very good and we got a good food/price ratio. Out if the three waiters there, only one of them seemed to care about our presence. The two others on the other hand were busy talking the good waitress down, when they weren't busy talking to their friends. Overall not a pleasant experience.

We got a table for 6 and after we ordered they placed used items on our table for no reason (see picture), the apetizer came 45 mins after we ordered, and the food itself came later than other groups that ordered after us, 3 of the 4 waitresses stood still or did small tasks while they put more work on the 4th one. One of the waitresses that did "mundane work" tried to "steal" the tips by handling the reciept at the end. The pizza we ordered was good. The place was packed and we was there on a saturday at 2000.
